Contact the Board for information on licensing requirements, examination dates or other administrative information. See the Board's meeting schedule for dates and locations of the examination. |

Geology License Renewals Licenses not renewed by August 1, 2008, can only be reactivated by submission of a Reinstatement Application including an application fee of $150.00 for individual license and $10.00 for corporate license. All license fees including back fees are also due. The application must then go to the Board for approval. Instructions For Application Via Website The following items are available for download:
